I picked up the boys from daycare on Friday (Feb 13) and Gavin told me that he hurt himself at daycare. I said ok I'd look at his booboo when we got home. He was slow moving but they both are on Fridays and I didn't think anything of it. Later that night my friend Brooke tried to pick him up and he let out a cry. I looked closer and felt around and thought he may need to go to the ER. JD took him and they did an x-ray.....it was clear.......
BROKEN COLLARBONE
He has been doing quite well and I have noticed that he is more mobile with that arm/shoulder. He is one tough cookie! He did get a sling and a brace for around his shoulders.

OH NO! Poor little guy!!! What was he doing at daycare that he managed to fall hard enough to break his collar bone?
Weeelllll...they aren't quite sure. They think another child pushed him down. I have had a few weeks to calm down a bit...
I'm so glad he is doing much better! It's hard to see how a broken bone wouldn't be discovered until hours later, I'm guessing it shows his toughness. :)
